(CLIA), a trecut printr-o perioada destul de dificila dar provocatoare. CLIA, liniile sale membe si agentiile care sunt acreditate, s-au adaptat rapid si eficient la criza economica globala, in scopul de a mentine navele care navigheaza la capacitate maxima pe parcursul anului 2009, iar pentru 2010 se estimeaza o crestere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> CLIA a fost fondata in anul 1975 pentru a servi necesitatile unei noi activitati \u2013 transformarea calatoriei transatlantice intr-o calatorie de placere, de vacanta. Povestea acestei industrii a cunoscut o crestere impresionanta \u2013 118 vase noi din 2000, iar din 1980 o creste anuala cu un procent de pasageri de 7,4%, in ciuda numeroaselor turnuri si obstacole economice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> In 2008\/2009 industria croazierelor a fost influentata de multe provocari cu care se confrunta toate intreprinderile. Preturile combustibililor, H1N1, prabusirea bursei de valori si fluctuatiile ce au urmat, criza pe piata imobiliara, restructurarile ce au avut loc la nivelul marilor corporatii, chiar si incertitudinea cu privirea alegerilor prezidentiale au dus la un declin al increderii consumatorilor. Spre deosebire de multe alte industrii, aceasta industrie a croazierelor, cu o istorie de rezistenta impresionanta in fata recesiunii, a avut mai multe avantaje. Acestea includ mobilitatea navei si redistribuirea, capacitatea de a se adapta rapid la schimbari, gestionarea eficienta a cheltuielilor. Motivata de noile vase ce s-au lansat la apa, o agentie pro activa a facut eforturi pentru promovarea unor oferte la tarife incredibile, astfel liniile CLIA au putut directiona cererea consumatorilor si au reusit sa functioneze la capacitate maxima pe parcursul acestor luni foarte grele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> <em>\u201cMembrii CLIA si agentiile de turism acreditate au raspuns uimitor de bine la aceasta criza economica, asigurandu-si o pozitie foarte puternica de a reusi in 2010\u201d<\/em>, a spus presedintele CLIA si CEO, Terry L. Dale. \u201c<em>Intalnim in continuare un interes ridicat, dar si cereri pentru vacante in croaziere \u2013 aceasta piata a cunoscut o crestere cu milioane de pasageri, in randul persoanelor care nu au mai calatorit inainte pe un vas de croaziere; aproximativ 80% din americani au posibilitatea sa efectueze o croaziera, iar oportunitatile sunt si mai mari pentru Europa unde se simte o crestere accelerata. Statistic vorbind, o croaziera depaseste asteptarile pasagerilor, iar first-timers si cei care au mai navigat se vor intoarce. Industria croazierelor a fost infloritoare chiar si perioadele mai dificile, iar acest lucru a acordat incredere turistilor ca fac o achizitie in conditii de siguranta si garantat cu satisfactii.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%;\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Cresterea industriei si impactul economic<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">In ciuda turnurii economice din anul 2009, industria croazierelor a continuat sa creasca. Se estimeaza ca anul trecut au navigat 13.455 milioane de pasageri (la acest total a contribuit luarea in calcul si celui de-al treilea trimestru in care au fost inregistrati 9999068 de pasageri \u2013 ceea ce indica ca prognoza este pe cale sa se adevereasca), dintre care 76,5% sunt rezidenti din SUA si Canada, iar restul de 23,5% sunt turisti internationali (volumul acestora au crescut in mod constant). In 2000, mai putin de 10% din pasageri care au navigat pe liniile de croaziere membre CLIA au provenit din pietele internationale. Flota CLIA (compusa din 25 de linii de croaziera) a navigat in 2009 cu un grad de ocupare de 104,4% la croazierele cu lungimea medie de 7,2 zile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> Previziunile CLIA aproximeaza un total de 14,3 milioane de pasageri pentru 2010 \u2013 10,7 milioane din America de Nord si 3,6 milioane pasageri internationali. Aceasta reprezinta o crestere totala cu 6,4%, adica 855000 pasageri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> Cresterea industriei se reflecta si in impactul ei economic.
